Description
Visit the St. Catherine Church:
The St. Catherine Pikogan Church was constructed by Oblate missionaries between 1967 and 1968. It is shaped like a teepee. The interior decoration is a must see. The craftsmanship represents the Algonquin tradition well. In addition, the church hosts the Abitibiwinni exposition and Aboriginal crafts shop.
Visit the Exhibition Abitibiwinni:
The exhibition reflects the history of Abitibiwinnik through prolific periods. Their millennial occupation of a vast territory left authentic footprints.
